Stress & Anxiety
Stress is a part of our hectic daily lives. In small doses it is manageable and can be motivational. When stress becomes chronic it can harm our mental, emotional and physical health. It can cause strain on our most valued relationships and can impact our work. The first step is identifying the stress, understanding the root causes and developing effective strategies to cope with and manage it.
Depression creates a feeling of hopelessness and worthlessness. These feelings impact our relationship not only with ourselves, but also with others. It can shift and sculpt our worldview and negatively impact our lives in the areas we wish to thrive. Through evidenced based treatments, I am here to meet you where you are in your journey and help develop an understanding of depression and effective coping strategies to assist you in reaching your goals.
Our relationships with others and ourselves creates our worldview and provides us with the basic human need of connection. Through our relationships, we experience both joy and pain. We can be hurt through our relationships and also be healed by them. It is important to examine our relationships with others and ourselves to develop a deeper understanding of our worldviews and perspectives. I am here to walk with you as you explore the relationship dynamics in your life, improve communication and process grief and loss.
